Aulia Sarah's Response Called 'Horror Queen' in the Latest Film

JAKARTA - Aulia Sarah is back acting in the latest horror film titled Sengkolo: Petaka Satu Suro. He admitted that he was surprised when he was called the queen of horror in the film.

"Shock. When I saw it, "Hah? Is it really?" That's it. It's a little shy, isn't it. It's like saying it's nice, it's nice, but it's like being afraid of being called a pedophile if you're really impressed, "said Aulia Sarah at the VOI office on Tuesday, January 6.

Furthermore, he feels that he is not burdened by the status of the horror queen, but he hopes that the audience will be impressed by his acting in the film Sengkolo.

"Hopefully, after people watch the Sumala movie, they will finally agree with that title," he said.

In the film Sengkolo: Petaka Satu Suro, Aulia Sarah plays the role of Rahayu, a woman who experiences Sengkolo terror because of something.

"As Rahayu who was affected by Sengkolo, whose life is unlucky. Because of his own decision, it's true. Actually, it's as thin as that," said Aulia Sarah.

In addition to Aulia Sarah, this film is also played by Agla Artalidia, Cindy Nirmala, Miqdad, Dimas Aditya, Annisa Hertami, Ence Bagus, and others.

The film Sengkolo: Petaka Satu Suro will be shown in Indonesian cinemas starting January 22, 2026.
