Emily in Paris Series Continues Season 6

JAKARTA - The Emily in Paris series is still continuing its story. Netflix renewed the series to season six as announced on Tuesday, January 6 local time.

This news was shared after the release of the fifth season two weeks ago in December. The fifth season consists of 10 episodes that were released in their entirety.

The fifth season also ended with a cliffhanger which caused the story of Emily in Paris to continue.

One part of the story is Mindy (Ashley Park) on her relationship with Nicolas de Leon. Mindy accepts his marriage proposal on a gondola in Venice along with Emily (Lily Collins) and Marcelo (Eugenio Franceschini).

"Everything is possible and I feel that the two have chemistry and it feels like a space for Mindy," said Darren Star, creator of the Emily in Paris series, as quoted by Deadline.

Emily in Paris season five is also starring Lucas Bravo, Samuel Arnold, Bruno Gouery, William Abadie, Thalia Besson, Paul Forman, Arnaud Binard, Minnie Driver, Bryan Greenberg and Michèle Laroque.

Emily in Paris tells the adventures of Emily who moves to her agency's newest branch in Paris. There, she experiences love and career conflicts that change her life.

On the other hand, Netflix has not announced when the sixth season will be released in theaters.
