JAKARTA - PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia (InJourney Airports) officially closed the 2025/2026 Christmas and New Year Transportation (Nataru) Integrated Post at 37 airports managed by it. In total, InJourney Airport served around 10.20 million passengers.

The post office operates for 20 days, starting from December 15, 2025 to January 4, 2026.

InJourney Airports President Director Mohammad R. Pahlevi said the closure of the post marked the end of the implementation of Nataru transportation monitoring at all airports. He assessed that the implementation of Nataru transportation this year was successful thanks to the collaboration of all stakeholders.

"The increase in flight traffic and passenger movement can be managed well. We are grateful for the support of all service users, and also apologize if there are still services that are considered not perfect," he said in an official statement, Monday, January 5.

Throughout the Nataru transportation period from December 15, 2025 to January 4, 2026, continued Pahlevi, InJourney Airports cumulatively served around 10.20 million passengers at 37 airports.

"This number is relatively the same compared to the 2024/2025 Nataru period which reached around 10.24 million passengers," he said.

The highest passenger movement in the departure flow before Christmas was recorded on December 24, 2025 with 543,000 passengers. Meanwhile, before the New Year 2026, the peak movement occurred on December 28, 2025 with 531 thousand passengers. As for the return flow, the highest number of passengers occurred on January 4, 2026 which reached almost 560,000 passengers.

Meanwhile, aircraft movements during the 2025/2026 Nataru period reached around 76 thousand flights, including around 2 thousand additional flights or extra flights.

Pahlevi added, during the 2025/2026 Nataru period, InJourney Airports also managed to encourage the optimization of airport operations. This is reflected in the utilization rate of slot time or availability of departure and arrival flight time which is almost 90 percent, higher than Nataru 2024/2025 which is at 84 percent.

"The optimization of this airport is thanks to the collaboration and support from all parties," he said.

Meanwhile, InJourney Airports Deputy President Director Achmad Syahir said that various initiatives related to customer experience were also carried out during the peak period at the end of the year. These initiatives include the Nataru thematic design and On Ground Activation activities in the passenger terminal.

"The innovation of On Ground Activation launched in Nataru 2025/2026 is Mobile Customer Service and Integrated Post Office Serving with Full Heart. These two innovations are able to maintain service standards at the airport during busy periods," said Achmad Syahir.

He explained, the Mobile Customer Service officers move around the terminal to provide assistance and solutions for passengers at various service points, ranging from check-in areas, boarding lounges, to arrival halls.

Meanwhile, the Integrated Service Post is located in the terminal area so that it is easier for passengers who need assistance to access.

In the future, InJourney Airports ensures that service innovation and customer experience improvement will continue to be developed sustainably at all airports it manages.
