Vivo X300s Specifications Leaked, Powered by Dimensity 9500 Plus and 7,000 mAh Battery

JAKARTA - Vivo is rumored to hold a launch event in March 2026 to introduce the Vivo X300 Ultra. In addition to the flagship model, rumors say Vivo will also present the Vivo X300s as a gradual improvement from the Vivo X300 which was launched in China in October 2025. The latest leak from tipster Digital Chat Station reveals a number of key specifications of the Vivo X300s.

Based on the leak, the Vivo X300s will carry a flat screen design with thin and symmetrical bezels on all four sides. On the back, this phone will be equipped with a circular camera module, following the design language of Vivo's latest X series.

For the front, the Vivo X300s is said to use an OLED screen measuring 6.78 inches with a 1,5K resolution. Meanwhile, in the camera sector, this device is rumored to carry a 200 megapixel main camera that is combined with a mid-range telephoto periscope camera.

In terms of performance, the Vivo X300s is believed to be powered by the Dimensity 9500 Plus chipset. This chipset is said to be an overclocked version of the existing Dimensity 9500, so it offers higher performance.

One of the biggest improvements is in the battery sector. The Vivo X300s is rumored to be equipped with a battery with a capacity of around 7,000 mAh. For comparison, the Vivo X300 only has a 6,040 mAh battery. In addition, this phone is also rumored to be equipped with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor inside the screen as well as a waterproof body.

Regarding global availability, the Vivo X300s is expected to remain exclusive to the Chinese market for about a year. This reflects Vivo's previous strategy, in which the Vivo X200s, which debuted in China in April 2025, is planned to be globally available under the name Vivo X200T by the end of January or early February 2026.

With a similar pattern, the Vivo X300s will likely be launched globally in 2027 with the name Vivo X300T.

In addition to the X300 series, Vivo's launch event in March in China is also rumored to be the debut stage of Vivo's first action camera. However, until now, there has been no detailed information regarding the specifications and features of the action camera.
