Antam Gold Price Drops to Rp2.488 Million per Gram Today

JAKARTA - The price of Antam gold, which was monitored by Antara from the Precious Metals page in Jakarta, Saturday, January 3, experienced a decrease in the figure of Rp2,488,000 after the previous day broke through the price of Rp2,504,000 per gram, or down by Rp16,000.

Likewise, the resale price (buyback) also experienced a decrease of Rp2,346,000 per gram.

The transaction price is subject to tax deductions, in accordance with PMK Number 34/PMK.10/2017 for all types of gold ranging from 1 gram to 1,000 grams (1 kilogram).

The sale of gold bars back to PT Antam Tbk with a nominal value of more than IDR 10 million is subject to Income Tax (PPh) Article 22 at 1.5 percent for holders of Tax Identification Number (NPWP) and 3 percent for non-NPWP.

PPh 22 on buyback transactions is deducted directly from the total buyback value. The following is the price of gold bullion fractions recorded on the Antam Precious Metals page on Friday.

Gold price 0.5 grams: Rp1,294,000.

1 gram gold price: Rp2,488,000.

2 gram gold price: Rp4,916,000.

3 gram gold price: Rp7,349,000.

5 gram gold price: Rp12,215,000.

10 gram gold price: Rp24,375,000.

25 gram gold price: Rp60.812.000.

50 gram gold price: Rp121.545.000.

100 gram gold price: Rp243,012,000.

250 gram gold price: Rp607.265.000.

500 gram gold price: Rp1.214.320.000.

Gold price 1,000 grams: Rp2,428,600,000.

The tax deduction on the purchase price of gold is in accordance with PMK Number 34/PMK.10/2017, the purchase of gold bullion is subject to a 22 percent tax of 0.45 percent for NPWP holders and 0.9 percent for non-NPWP.

Each purchase of gold bars is accompanied by proof of PPh 22 cut.
