BP Tapera Claims FLPP Fund Distribution Reaches 278,868 Homes in 2025

JAKARTA - The People's Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) revealed that the distribution of the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) subsidy houses in 2025 reached 278,868 units.

"The distribution of FLPP funds in 2025 was closed at the highest level in history at 278,868 units worth Rp34.64 trillion from 40 distributing banks at 22 Housing Associations spread across 13,249 housing managed by 8,113 developers in 33 provinces and 401 regencies/cities," said BP Commissioner Tapera Heru Pudyo Nugroho reported by ANTARA, Friday, January 2.

The beneficiaries of the FLPP fund include private workers up to 205,311 units (73.63 percent), entrepreneurs with 39,218 units (14.06 percent), civil servants with 20,814 units (7.46 percent), TNI/Polri with 5,409 units (1.94 percent), others 8,083 units (2.90 percent) and 33 other units from other segments (0.01 percent).

If compared to 2024, FLPP beneficiaries from private workers experienced an increase of 31.3 percent, entrepreneurs reached an increase of up to 58.7 percent, civil servants had a much higher growth of up to 145.7 percent, the TNI/Polri experienced an increase of up to 36.9 percent.

West Java Province is still the province with the highest number of FLPP beneficiaries in Indonesia with a total of 62,591 units or 22.44 percent.

Followed by other provinces, namely Central Java (24,470 units/8.77 percent), South Sulawesi (23,255 units/8.34 percent), Banten (18,966 units/6.80 percent), East Java (18,361 units/6.58 percent).

Bekasi Regency still ranks first in receiving FLPP benefits in Indonesia with 14,702 units/19 percent, followed by 9 other regencies/cities, namely Bogor Regency (10,195 units/13 percent), Tangerang Regency (8,246 units/11 percent).

Then Karawang Regency (7,097 units/9 percent), Kendari City (6,895 units/9 percent), Maros Regency (6,233 units/8 percent), Palembang City (6,198 units/8 percent), Deli Serdang Regency (5,992 units/8 percent), Kubu Raya Regency (5,246 units/7 percent) and Gowa Regency (5,242 units/7 percent).

BP Tapera Commissioner Heru Pudyo Nugroho said the realization of the distribution of FLPP funds reached 79.68 percent of the target set by the government of 350 thousand units of houses.

"Although it did not reach the 350 thousand unit point, this year's achievement is the highest in the history of the distribution of FLPP funds since 2010. With a composition of 99.99 percent or 278,865 units are stilt houses and the remaining 0.001 percent (three units) are apartment houses," said Heru.
