President Prabowo Meets Search and Rescue Team for Missing Victims in Tapsel: Still Strong?
TAPANULI SELATAN - President Prabowo Subianto briefly stopped the presidential car while on his way to the Garoga River bailey bridge, Batang Toru, South Tapanuli, Wednesday, December 31 to greet some police officers who were still working with K-9 dogs to continue searching for missing victims in the area.
Prabowo briefly got out of the vehicle and talked to the police personnel. President Prabowo shook hands with the police officers in charge one by one while asking where they were from.
Some of them are from Flores, East Nusa Tenggara, Talaud Islands Regency, North Sulawesi, there are also those from Manado, North Sulawesi. President Prabowo also patted one of the police personnel there and ensured their physical and mental condition.
Furthermore, President Prabowo boarded the vehicle and headed to the bailey bridge location on the Garoga River, Batang Toru, South Tapanuli.
President Prabowo again visited the disaster-affected location in South Tapanuli, North Sumatra, and closed the year at the location to check directly on several recovery steps carried out by the government, including the construction of bailey bridges.
