JAKARTA - A total of 16 countries have ensured their qualification to the 2025 African Cup of Nations 16-team final after the completion of the group stage, Thursday, January 1, early morning WIB.
Six countries qualified for the 2025 African Cup of Nations 16-team final with the status of group champions, namely Morocco, Egypt, Nigeria, Senegal, Algeria and Ivory Coast, according to the AFCON record, quoted by Antara.
Furthermore, six countries advanced to the 2025 African Cup of Nations 16-team final with the second-place status in their groups, namely Mali, South Africa, Tunisia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Burkina Faso and Cameroon.
In addition, four countries qualified for the 2025 African Piaa 16th round as the third best ranking, namely Mozambique (Group F), Benin (Group D), Sudan (Group E) and Tanzania (Group C).
The 2025 African Cup of Nations 16-team final round is scheduled to take place from Saturday, January 3, local time, to Tuesday, January 6, presenting eight matches.
