Throughout 2025, 101 Prosecutors were Punished, Removed from their Positions for Violations

JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) RI has taken action against 101 prosecutors who committed violations throughout 2025.

This was stated by the Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) of the Attorney General's Office, Anang Supriatna during a press conference on the Achievement of the Performance of the Indonesian Attorney General 2025, at the South Jakarta Attorney General's Office on Wednesday, December 31, 2025.

"The supervision area, disciplinary punishment for (category) non-prosecutor's prosecutors, there are 56, of which 101 prosecutors have been processed," said Anang at the Indonesian Attorney General's Office, Wednesday, December 31, 2025.

Anang said that of that number, 44 cases received disciplinary punishment of a mild type, then 44 were medium and 69 were severe. Meanwhile, the prosecutor who received a severe punishment was removed from his post.

"Some have been removed from their positions, some have been removed from their positions. This is a heavy one, the position has been removed, the jaksa has been removed, what is not more heavy, it is twice as heavy," he said.

In addition, Anang also said that the reporting rate of LHKPN for the period 2024 per 22 December 2025 reached 96.45 percent. According to him, there are already 13,556 LHKPN reporting obligations in the Attorney General's Office.

"It has been reported 13,075, 475 have not been reported," he concluded.
