A Series of New Features to be Introduced in iOS 27, Starting from the Health+ App to Siri Improvements

Apple is developing a number of new features to be introduced through the launch of iOS 27. The software will be introduced in June next year through the annual WWDC event.

Several features that will be present in iOS 27 have been leaked and have been discussed a lot, ranging from improvements to the health app to the presence of a more advanced Siri. Here is a row of features, launching from 9to5mac.

Apple Health+ app

Apple is reportedly developing an AI-based health app called Apple Health+. This app will provide personalized guidance, food logging, and educational videos for its users.

This service was developed to help users achieve their fitness goals in a more proactive way. According to some estimates, the Apple Health+ app will be combined with the existing Fitness+ service.

Siri Visual Redesign

After the functional update in the previous version, Siri will get a total overhaul in iOS 27. This change will include the overall design so that the digital assistant looks more modern like an AI chatbot.

However, this overhaul does not include feature updates from Siri. Apple seems to deliberately separate the feature update and the Siri display in two different stages so that the company can refine the performance before showing off the design.

AI-based Web Search Tool

Some time ago, Bloomberg reported that Apple was working on a new AI-powered web search tool. This feature is designed to strengthen the search ecosystem on iPhone devices.

This search feature is expected to come in the form of an improvement in the Spotlight system. Siri's AI capabilities will also be expanded into the search box.

More Advanced Photos

The Photos app is also expected to get an update through a better collection feature. Leaked Apple code shows a new algorithm for automatically managing user galleries

The update that will be present in iOS 27 is expected to make the Shared Albums feature look more modern. Apple also seems determined to continue to refine the navigation and how this photo storage application works.
