MacBook Pro M6 Will Get Two Most Anticipated Features Next Year

Apple is reportedly preparing a massive update for the M6 MacBook Pro series that will be released next year. This device will get two features that will change the Mac.

Support for Independent Cellular Modem

One of the features that is quite anticipated, launching from 9to5mac, is the embedding of Apple's C2 modem to provide mobile connectivity support. With this feature, the MacBook does not only rely on Wi-Fi or tethering to get internet connectivity.

This step follows the success of Apple's mobile modem which was previously introduced in the latest iPhone lineup. With this integration, the MacBook will have the flexibility to work remotely equivalent to the iPad Pro.

Implementation of Touch OLED Screen

Apart from connectivity, Apple is also rumored to be adding the first touchscreen technology to its expensive MacBook. This feature will be embedded in the latest OLED screen so that users will not only rely on the touchpad.

The addition of this feature is a new way to attract users who are used to using other laptops with touch screens. This feature is also expected to make it easier for iPhone users who have just switched to the Apple laptop ecosystem.

Apple is also trying to answer the need for high mobility through a slimmer and more efficient design. The combination of OLED screens and M6 chip efficiency is expected to provide much stronger battery life.
