Naik 50,71 Persen, Tol Trans Sumatera Dilalui 153.343 Kendaraan selama Libur Natal 2025

JAKARTA - PT Hutama Karya (Persero) recorded that 153,343 vehicles had passed through the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) until H+3 Christmas Holiday 2025 or Sunday, December 28, 2025.

Executive Vice President (EVP) Corporate Secretary of Hutama Karya Mardiansyah said that the figure was up 50.71 percent compared to normal traffic.

"Cumulatively, the total daily traffic on the toll road that has been operating has reached 153,343 vehicles, or an increase of 50.71 percent compared to normal traffic," said Mardiansyah in a written statement, Monday, December 29.

Mardiansyah detailed that as many as 18,409 vehicles crossed the Terbanggi Besar-Kayu Agung Toll Road (Terpeka) or increased by 29.23 percent compared to normal traffic. Then, there were 20,526 vehicles driving on the Palembang-Indralaya-Prabumulih Toll Road (Palindra & Indraprabu) or increased by 35.91 percent compared to normal traffic.

For the Betung-Tempino-Jambi Toll (Bayung Lencir-Tempino) has been passed by 8,486 vehicles or increased by 62.16 percent compared to normal traffic and as many as 3,008 vehicles have passed the Bengkulu-Taba Penanjung Toll (Bengtaba) or increased by 33.45 percent compared to normal traffic.

Then, as many as 20,112 vehicles have crossed the Pekanbaru-Dumai Toll Road (Permai). This figure is up 28.91 percent compared to normal traffic. Then, vehicles crossing the Pekanbaru-XIII Koto Kampar Toll Road were recorded as many as 9,976 vehicles or increased by 46.08 percent compared to normal traffic.

Next, vehicles crossing the Indrapura-Kisaran Toll Road were recorded as many as 14,593 vehicles or increased by 53.13 percent compared to normal traffic. Then, vehicles crossing the Kuala Tanjung-Tebing Tinggi-Parapat (Kuala Tanjung-Sinaksak) Toll Road were recorded as many as 37,807 vehicles or increased by 96.74 percent compared to normal traffic.

The vehicles that crossed the Binjai-Pangkalan Brandan Toll Road were recorded as 12,666 vehicles or skyrocketed 31.70 percent compared to normal traffic. Meanwhile, vehicles that crossed the Sigli-Banda Aceh Toll Section 2-6 (Seulimeum - Baitussalam) were recorded as 7,760 vehicles or increased 88.35 percent compared to normal traffic.

Furthermore, vehicles crossing the Padang-Sicincin Toll Road were recorded as 2,070 vehicles or lower by 47.06 percent compared to normal traffic. This is due to the interruption of connectivity from Padang to Bukittinggi.

Meanwhile, there are 5,763 vehicles that have crossed the two functional sections on the Trans Sumatra Toll Road. The two functional sections are the Sigli-Banda Aceh Toll (Sibanceh) Section 1 (Seulimeum-Padang Tiji) and the Palembang-Betung Toll (Kramasan-Pangkalan Balai).

The details, as many as 2,604 vehicles crossed the Sigli-Banda Aceh Toll (Sibanceh) Section 1 (Seulimeum-Padang Tiji) and 3,159 vehicles passed the Palembang-Betung Toll (Kramasan-Pangkalan Balai).

Mardiansyah assessed that his party was committed to continuing to maintain the smoothness and safety of traffic on the Trans Sumatra Toll Road during the Nataru holiday period.

"Through the readiness of officers, supporting facilities, and coordination with various related parties, we strive to provide the best service so that every journey of the community can take place safely and comfortably," he added.

Road users are urged to always check the condition of their vehicles before traveling and ensure that the condition of the driver remains in good condition. If you feel tired or sleepy, road users are expected to pull over and rest at the nearest rest area. Make sure that the electronic money card is in good condition and the balance is sufficient before entering the toll road.
