BNPB Guarantees Distribution of Logistics Does Not Slow Down for More than 2x24 Hours at All Disaster Posts

JAKARTA - Massive logistical assistance to disaster areas through existing checkpoints will not stagnate for more than 2x24 hours.

This was conveyed by the Head of the BNPB Data and Information Center (Pusdatin) Abdul Muhari at a press conference at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base, Jakarta, Monday, December 29.

The man, who is familiarly called Aam, said that there are already Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in handling logistics.

For example, Aam said the Halim Perdanakusuma Post had distributed 97 percent of the assistance received. A total of 1,526 tons of assistance had been sent.

At the Iskandar Muda Post, Abdul Muhari said the total assistance that has entered so far has reached 1,341 tons and as much as 1,000 tons has been distributed.
