Provide Asset Protection, BRI Insurance Pays Heavy Equipment Insurance Claim Worth Rp656 Million in Banjarmasin
JAKARTA - PT BRI Asuransi Indonesia (BRI Insurance) again shows its commitment in providing excellent service and fulfilling its obligations to customers. Located at the BRI Ahmad Yani Banjarmasin Office, BRI Insurance officially handed over the payment of heavy equipment insurance claims worth Rp656,522,256 to Mr. Martinus, owner of PT Gemilang.
The claim was filed for the accident incident of one unit of an excavator owned by PT Gemilang which occurred on September 12, 2025, while carrying out road elevation work, the support unit (matting) experienced a technical shift which caused the unit to sink into the ditch.
After the incident, the BRI Insurance team immediately carried out a survey and verification process in a responsive manner to ensure that the handling of claims was carried out in accordance with the applicable procedures and fast service standards.
The claim submission was symbolically carried out by Muhammad Aqbar as the Branch Office Head (BOH) of BRI Banjarmasin Ahmad Yani to Mr. Martinus. Representatives from BRI and BRI Insurance were also present at the ceremony to witness the tangible evidence of customer asset protection.
