JAKARTA - Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) spokesman Budi Prasetyo said that the KPK institutionally handed over the handling of alleged ethical violations to the KPK Supervisory Board.
Budi made the statement after the Indonesian Anti-Corruption Society (MAKI) Coordinator Boyamin Saiman visited the KPK Dewas to follow up on a report regarding alleged ethical violations for not investigating North Sumatra Governor Bobby Nasution during the investigation, or presenting him in the trial of the alleged corruption case. road construction project in North Sumatra.

On a different occasion, Boyamin admitted that he had visited the KPK Dewas to follow up on the report he made regarding Bobby Nasution.

According to him, the KPK Dewas in the current period is working slowly to handle reports of alleged ethical violations.
