Attorney General Jamin Takes Firm Action Against Four Prosecutors Caught in KPK OTT

JAKARTA - Attorney General ST Burhanuddin ensures that he will take firm action against four prosecutors who were caught in the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) hand-in-hand operation.

"For sure, whatever, I will take action, and I am grateful to be helped by the KPK," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, December 24.

The leader of the Adhyaksa Corps also reminded prosecutors not to do things that violate regulations as promised at the beginning when they became prosecutors.

"I remind them in the area not to do things that are contrary to regulations," he said.

It is known that there are four prosecutors who were caught by the KPK OTT, namely the Head of the North Hulu Sungai District Attorney's Office Albertinus Parlinggoman Napitupulu (APN), the Head of the Intelligence Section of the North Hulu Sungai District Attorney's Office Asis Budianto (AB), the Head of the State Civil and Administrative Affairs of the North Hulu Sungai District Attorney's Office Tri Taruna Fariadi (TAR), and the Head of the Daskrimti Sub-section of the Banten Attorney General's Office Redy Zulkarnaen.

The prosecutors are suspected of being involved in the alleged extortion case.

In the process, the handling of the Redy Zulkarnaen case was delegated to the Attorney General's Office.

Three prosecutors at the North Hulu Sungai District Court were designated by the KPK as suspects in a case of alleged extortion in the law enforcement process at the North Hulu Sungai District Court for the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Daskrimti Sub-section of the Banten Attorney General's Office, Redy Zulkarnaen, was named a suspect by the Attorney General's Office in the alleged extortion case in handling the ITE case.

In addition to Redy, the Attorney General's Office also named two other suspects as suspects, namely the Pidum Head of the Tangerang Regency District Attorney's Office Herdian Malda Ksatria and the Head of the Banten High Court with the initials Rivaldo Valini.
