Spotify Launches Many New Features to Accompany Users During the Christmas Holiday

JAKARTA - Welcoming the end-of-year holiday season, Spotify presents a number of new features designed to make the music listening experience more personal, social, and immersive.

Import Your Music

Working with TuneMyMusic, Spotify presents a feature that allows users to move their favorite playlists and songs from other streaming platforms directly to Spotify through the Your Library menu, so that the music collection can be enjoyed without having to rearrange from scratch.

Create Cover Art

With this feature, Free and Premium users can create playlist covers using text, solid or gradient colored backgrounds, stickers, to unique images that reflect each person's musical tastes and personality.

Messages

This feature will make it easier for users to share music and podcast recommendations with family and friends wherever they are, to direct messages without leaving the application.

Wrapped Party and Jam

In addition, Spotify also introduced Wrapped Party, a Spotify Wrapped-based feature that allows users to compare music listening habits in groups interactively.

For a shared listening experience, Spotify highlights the Jam feature, which allows users to listen to music simultaneously and add songs to the queue in real-time.
