Overcoming the Target, the PNBP Approval of the Conformity of Activities for the Utilization of Marine Space Reached Rp775.6 Billion

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) has recorded that the Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) from the Agreement on the Conformity of Activities for the Utilization of Marine Space (PKKPRL) has reached IDR 775.6 billion as of December 22, 2025.

Director General of Marine Spatial Planning of the KKP, Kartika Listriana, said that the PNBP achievement from the PKKPRL was far beyond the target set, namely IDR 500 billion.

"This PNBP is also good news. From the PKKPRL we can reach around 155.12 percent, the figure is quite high, the difference is Rp700 billion in PNBP this year that we deposit to the state," said Kartika in a press conference at his office, Tuesday, December 23.

"This shows an increase in certainty of space utilization and a significant contribution to state revenue," he continued.

In addition, said Kartika, the compliance index from the control of the use of marine space has also reached 114.71 percent or exceeded the target set. KKP targets seven compliance indices for the control of the use of marine space, but those that have been realized have reached 8.03.

"This reflects the strengthening of control and compliance from the use of marine space," he said.

Kartika added that the effectiveness of the implementation of the arrangement of the sea space had also reached the target.

"The effectiveness of the implementation of this sea space arrangement we achieved 100 percent, showing that governance is very effective," he explained.
