For this complaint, Purbaya received two complaints from PT Sumber Organik and PT Mayer Indah Indonesia.

In his report, the President Director of PT. Sumber Organik, Agus Nugroho Susanto conveyed the problem of the termination of waste processing service assistance (BLPS) assistance from the state budget.

Agus said that the termination of the assistance had an impact on the financial feasibility of the Benowo Waste to Energy (PSEL) related to fulfilling obligations to landers and the implementation of waste management operations at the Benowo Landfill.

"So if this BLPS assistance from the state budget is not allocated, it will disrupt our company's performance in operating the Benowo landfill," he continued.

"The fact is that since September, 20 banks have all refused because the textile industry is in an orange or red light situation. This means that it is not considered to be given credit. Even our partner banks say that textiles are too bleeding," continued Melisa.
