President Prabowo distributes electric tricycles to elderly pedicab drivers

SOLO - President Prabowo Subianto through the National Solidarity Movement Foundation (GSN) again distributed 200 units of electric pedicabs to elderly pedicab drivers (elderly) in Solo City, Central Java, Monday, December 22.

The provision of electric pedicabs was welcomed by elderly pedicab drivers, two of whom were Suripto and Sunaryo. Both of them felt very helped by the existence of electric pedicabs because they no longer had to speed up.

Chairman of Becak Solo Raya, Ramelan, said that electric becak assistance for elderly becak drivers was very helpful. The reason is, many elderly becak drivers whose energy has begun to weaken, but still have to work to meet the daily needs of their families.

Deputy Chairman of the GSN Foundation, Nanik S Deyang, said President Prabowo Subianto had distributed around 6,000 electric rickshaws for elderly rickshaw pullers in various cities on the island of Java.
