Sarinah Open until 00.00 WIB at New Year's Eve 2026

JAKARTA - The Sarinah shopping center will operate until 00.00 WIB, especially during the New Year's Eve to 2026. In addition, Sarinah also has a year-end program, namely the Nusantara Market.

PT Sarinah President Director Raisha Syarfuan confirmed that on December 31, 2025, the mall will open from 10.00 WIB, with stores operating until 22.00 WIB, while the mall area will remain open until midnight.

"On New Year's Eve, the Sarinah Thamrin shopping center will operate from 10.00 to 00.00 WIB," said Raisha Syarfuan in a press conference, at Sarinah, Jakarta, Monday, December 22.

Raisha said this Nataru holiday period is a strategic momentum for Sarinah. The company targets as many as 300,000 visitors throughout December 24, 2025 to January 1, 2026.

"Or increased by about 10 percent compared to the previous year," he said.

To ensure the safety and comfort of Sarinah visitors during the peak New Year period, Sarinah has prepared various operational readiness steps, ranging from thickening 113 personnel manpower, coordination with security personnel, to checking building systems and fire protection.

Carrying the theme 'Full Gift of Full Love', Sarinah presents Ulos as the main visual element of Christmas 2025. In the tradition of the people of North Sumatra, Ulos represents prayer, blessing, and good wishes, in line with the Christmas spirit that emphasizes the values of love and togetherness.

"Through culture, cuisine, art, to shared spaces, Sarinah aims to be a place where togetherness is celebrated, empathy grows, and becomes a memorable experience space full of meaning. This is the role of Sarinah that we continue to maintain as Indonesia's Cultural Experience Center," he said.

Opening of the Nusantara Market

Raisha said one of the flagship programs from Sarinah's year-end program series is the reopening of the Nusantara Market with a new concept and atmosphere after a thorough renovation.

Presenting 55 curated F&B tenants with a capacity of 316 seats, Pasar Nusantara is designed and expected to be a space for meeting tastes and stories, as well as strengthening Sarinah's role as a culinary and cultural destination in the city center.

Raisha said that in the Nusantara Market and the resto at Sarinah, there will be various promos that customers can enjoy during the Nataru holiday.

"For restaurants, there are also many programs such as gift purchases, for example, if you want to buy this menu, you can get drinks and others. So we really want people to experience the new year, the new year, it feels," he said.

In addition, Sarinah collaborated to present PIPILAKA - Immersive Art Exhibition on the 5th floor of the Sarinah Building until March 2026. This exhibition carries a message of humanity, concern for nature, and sustainability, and allocates a portion of the proceeds from ticket sales for educational programs and social activities.

"The culmination of the year-end program series will take place on December 31, 2025 through the Festiloka Panggung Nusantara 2026, which will be held in conjunction with Car Free Night," he said.

The event presents Indonesian music and ethnic art performances, as well as a space for celebrating together with the community to welcome the new year. Festiloka Panggung Nusantara 2026 will feature Tiara Andini and Moluccan Soul as the main event performers.
