Casacomo Officially Launched, Vasanta Group Strengthens Lakefront Housing Market in Depok

Vasanta Group together with Samty Asia Investments Pte Ltd through PT Vasamty Land Sawangan officially launched Casacomo, the first low-rise apartment project in the Depok-Sawangan area.

The presence of Casacomo is part of the development of The Peninsula in the integrated area of Shila at Sawangan, which carries the concept of modern lakefront housing.

The launch of Casacomo marks the high market interest in natural-themed vertical residences in the Jakarta buffer area.

This is reflected in the full absorption of Tower A and Tower B, as well as the increasing demand for Tower C since the early stages of marketing.

Carrying the concept of Your Ideal Lakeside Living, Casacomo is designed to answer the needs of urban people for modern housing with optimal space quality.

Each unit prioritizes efficient space, natural lighting, and visual connectivity with the lake view which is the main attraction of the Shila Laketown area.

Casacomo presents several unit options, ranging from Como60 with two bedrooms, Como90 with three bedrooms, to exclusive units Como Penthouse 120 and Como Penthouse 150 which are equipped with a private rooftop.

All units are available in garden view and lake view options, with prices starting from IDR 1.3 billion.

At the time of launch, developers also offer various incentives such as down payment subsidies, contract costs subsidies, and furniture packages for certain types.

Vasanta Group CEO Denny Asalim stated that the positive market response shows the great potential of lakefront housing as a long-term property investment product.

"The absorption of two towers in a short time reflects consumer confidence in the concept and quality of Casacomo development. This strengthens our commitment to providing sustainable economic value housing in Shila Laketown," he said.

As part of The Peninsula area, Casacomo is integrated with Peninsula District, a lakefront commercial area designed as a center of economic and lifestyle activities.

A number of culinary and sports tenants have been operating, while some other tenants are scheduled to follow, so that it is expected to increase the value of the area and the potential for local economic growth.

Shila at Sawangan itself is developed on an area of 130 hectares, with about 26 hectares of which are natural lakes and creek areas.

More than 50 percent of the area is allocated as green open space, in line with the trend of environmentally conscious property development.

In terms of accessibility, this area is connected to Jalan Bojongsari and Jalan Muchtar, and has direct access to Pamulang Toll Road and Desari Toll Road.

Managing Director of Samty Asia Investments Pte. Ltd., Takuro Shikida, assessed that Casacomo is in line with the company's investment strategy which focuses on high-competitive property projects.

"Casacomo represents a modern residence that combines economic functions, living comfort, and balance with nature. We are optimistic that this project will provide added value for residents and investors," he said.
