Initially, Rajula had to be evacuated from the Tanjung Pura District General Hospital (RSUD) in Langkat, North Sumatra because it was unable to serve her delivery. This is because the situation is uncertain due to the recent flood and landslide disasters.

Finally, the hospital contacted the Stabat Lama Health Center to immediately bring Rajula by ambulance to another hospital. The Stabat Lama Health Center staff immediately responded to the emergency call and came to the Tanjung Pura Hospital.

Afriza is one of the doctors assigned. He and the puskesmas team took Rajula with an ambulance to the Putri Bidadari Hospital. However, continued Afriza, the patient had experienced a long contraction with strong intensity.

Rajula could no longer hold it, so she gave birth to a baby in the ambulance. Afriza who was in the ambulance helped Rajula's labor.
