Erika Carlina Officially Withdraws Report Against DJ Panda
JAKARTA - Actress and celebrity Erika Carlina is reported to have officially withdrawn her police report against DJ Panda regarding the alleged case of intimidation. The dispute between the two is now over after undergoing mediation outside the legal process.
This news was confirmed directly by the Head of the Renakta Sub-Directorate of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Iskandarsyah. He stated that the police had received a letter requesting the withdrawal of the report at the end of last week.
"The letter (withdrawal of the report) came in on Friday," said AKBP Iskandarsyah when confirmed, Monday, December 22.
According to Iskandarsyah, currently the police are processing the administrative revocation of the report for the resolution of the case through restorative justice.
"We are processing it for restorative justice," he continued.
Regarding the reasons behind Erika Carlina's decision, Iskandarsyah explained that both parties had established communication and reached a common ground in a family-like manner without going through the intermediary of investigators.
"They have mediated outside. There was an agreement (between the two parties)," concluded Iskandarsyah.
Previously, Erika Carlina had reported DJ Panda to the authorities for alleged intimidation. However, with this peace agreement, the case is confirmed not to continue to the green table.
