Aces of Thunder Fighter Simulator Game to be Released for PS VR2 on February 3
JAKARTA - Developer Gaijin Entertainment officially announced Aces of Thunder, an air combat game that offers a realistic simulation experience from a first-person perspective, which will be released on February 3.
The game can be played using both virtual reality (VR) and non-VR devices via PlayStation 5, PlayStation VR2, and Steam, giving players flexibility with a variety of preferences and devices.
"Aces of Thunder offers players the chance to experience realistic first-person aerial combat, both with and without virtual reality devices," the developer wrote in an announcement on its official website.
One of the Aces of Thunder's flagship features is an innovative control system that allows players to control the plane using virtual hands, in addition to the support of physical devices commonly used in flight simulator games.
The game features a total of 29 combat planes that are reconstructed in detail from the era of World War I and World War II. You can engage in online multiplayer battles and fly with friends in formation.
Alternatively, you can also experience various iconic moments in the history of military aviation through a historical campaign mode through proving grounds, mission editors, and a number of separate single-player missions.
These features allow players to test the aircraft's capabilities in a variety of scenarios, from location differences, weather conditions, to diverse combat situations.
"In addition, separate proof of place, mission editor, and single player missions are available, allowing you to test various aircraft in various locations, weather conditions, and combat situations," the announcement concluded.
