Heboh 2 ASN Kumpul Kebo, 2 Pengawas Sekolah di Bogor Dipecat
BOGOR - The Bogor Regency Government (Pemkab) has imposed the heaviest disciplinary punishment in the form of dismissal on two SD and SMP school supervisors who are suspected of committing a serious violation of the code of ethics of the civil servant (ASN).
"The disciplinary punishment imposed is the heaviest, namely dismissal with honor without self-request, in accordance with Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning the Discipline of Civil Servants," said Bogor Regency Regional Secretary, Ajat Rochmat Jatnika, quoted by Antara, Sunday, December 21.
The sanction was imposed after there were complaints from the public regarding the alleged inappropriate behavior in the form of living together outside the marriage bond or kumpul kebo.
This incident came to light after a video of the two raids circulated on social media. The raid was carried out by the child of one of the ASN who did not accept his parents allegedly having an affair.
Ajat explained that the Bogor Regency Government had followed up on the complaint through the inspection mechanism in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
According to him, the process of handling the case took quite a long time. The examination began in the environment of the Education Office, then continued by the special inspection team because the alleged violation led to a heavy sentence.
Ajat said the disciplinary punishment recommendation was received from the National Civil Service Agency on December 10, 2025 and was determined by a decision on December 11, 2025.
Furthermore, the decision letter of disciplinary punishment was handed over to the two school supervisors on December 15, 2025 and since then the counting of the administrative appeal period has begun.
"The person concerned was given 14 days to appeal administratively. If no appeal is made, the sentence will be permanent," he said.
He emphasized that one of the supervisors, namely the female supervisor, is currently no longer in the status of civil servants in the Bogor Regency Government environment.
Ajat appealed to all civil servants in the Bogor Regency Government environment to maintain their dignity and dignity as public servants.
"This must be a joint learning. What we do will have an impact on ourselves, so that the trust as state apparatus must be maintained," he said.
