Jakarta is expected to be hit by Saturday afternoon to afternoon

JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts that the weather in the DKI Jakarta area on Saturday (20/12) will be showered with rain in the afternoon.

In the morning, the weather in all areas of DKI Jakarta, including Central, West, East, South, and North Jakarta, is expected to be thick clouds. Meanwhile, the Thousand Islands are already potentially being showered with light rain since early morning. The air temperature ranges from 24-27 degrees Celsius.

Reported by ANTARA, during the day, most of Jakarta is predicted to experience light to moderate rain. East Jakarta and South Jakarta have the potential to be hit by moderate rain, while West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and North Jakarta experience light rain.

In the Thousand Islands, light rain is still likely to occur. The air temperature will increase to around 27-29 degrees Celsius.

In the afternoon, rain is expected to continue in almost all areas of DKI Jakarta with light intensity. However, the Thousand Islands have the potential to experience lightning. The air temperature is in the range of 26-29 degrees Celsius.

At night, the weather conditions in all areas of Jakarta are expected to be thick clouds with air temperatures ranging from 25 to 27 degrees Celsius.
