TNI Dispatches Milk from Prabowo to Meet the Nutrition of Children in South Tapanuli

MEDAN - The Arhanud 11/WBY Task Force distributed milk assistance from President Prabowo Subianto to meet the nutritional needs of children affected by floods and landslides in Huta Godang Village and Wek II Village, Batang Toru District, South Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra.

"The distribution of milk was also carried out together with soldiers from Kodim 0212/South Tapanuli and the National Police," said the Head of the I/Bukit Barisan, Colonel Inf Asrul Kurniawan Harahap, as reported by ANTARA, Friday, December 19.

Asrul said the distribution of assistance was led directly by Danmenarhanud 2/Sisingamangaraja Colonel Arh Drajad Tri Putro on Thursday (18/12), as a form of attention and concern of the government for disaster-affected communities, especially children.

The milk assistance is aimed at helping meet the nutritional needs of affected children while supporting their recovery in the post-disaster situation.

"The distribution of assistance is a tangible manifestation of the state's presence in ensuring that the basic needs of disaster-affected people are met," he said.

Kapendam said the TNI with related elements were present to ensure that the assistance from the President was channeled well and targeted to the people in need.

His party will continue to support disaster management in the affected areas until all access returns to normal.

Kodam I/Bukit Barisan and its members are committed to continue to help the affected people through various means, both air and land routes.
