This ethics trial then decided that the extortion money was returned to the victim, a Korean citizen. When the money, which is evidence, was returned, it meant that the criminal investigation process was not carried out.

The Sprindik is claimed to have come out since Wednesday, December 17 or coincided with the OTT KPK.
"We actually didn't know that there was an OTT from the KPK. But, we have issued (sprindik) earlier on December 17, 2025," said Kejagung's Sesjamintel Sarjono Turin at the KPK's Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday night, December 18.
He also ensured that the results of this silent operation would be handled. "Tomorrow we will see the development in the Round Building. So tonight it is only that we ceremonially accept what has been presented to us," he explained.
