Directorate General of Taxes Bali Appreciates INDODAX Tax Compliance in 2025

JAKARTA - PT Indodax Nasional Indonesia (INDODAX) received the Wajib Pajak Award Charter with Large Contributions in 2025 from the Bali Directorate General of Taxes (Kanwil DJP) Regional Office in a Tax Gathering activity held in Denpasar, Tuesday, December 16.

The award was given as a form of appreciation for INDODAX's compliance and contribution in fulfilling tax obligations. The award charter was handed over by the DJP Bali Regional Office and was received directly by INDODAX's Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Fendy, in the series of activities of the DJP Bali Regional Office 2025 Tax Gathering.

INDODAX CFO, Fendy, said that this award charter is a witness to the company's commitment to consistently carry out tax obligations. He emphasized that compliance with regulations is an important part of sustainable corporate governance.

"We appreciate the award given by the Bali DJP Regional Office. For INDODAX, compliance with tax obligations is a form of corporate responsibility as well as a commitment to support state revenue and create a healthy and sustainable digital economic ecosystem," said Fendy.

Regarding the tax compliance award received by INDODAX, from the company's side, INDODAX has fulfilled its obligations for Income Tax (PPh) and Value Added Tax (PPN) for the company's operational activities and cryptocurrency asset transactions, including the implementation of employee income tax obligations in accordance with applicable regulations.

Meanwhile, in terms of crypto asset transactions, tax obligations include crypto income tax (PPh) and crypto value added tax (PPN), in accordance with government regulations. In addition, INDODAX also deposits personal income tax (PPh) from more than 400 INDODAX employees.

"We carry out all tax obligations in accordance with applicable regulations. This compliance is part of INDODAX's commitment to supporting state revenue and creating a healthy digital economic ecosystem," said Fendy.

He added that INDODAX will continue to maintain transparency and compliance in every aspect of the company's operations, in line with the development of the crypto asset industry and the digital economy in Indonesia.

The receipt of this award charter confirms INDODAX's position as a company that carries out business activities by prioritizing compliance with regulations, including in the field of taxation, in line with the growth of the crypto asset industry and the digital economy in Indonesia.

The Tax Gathering of the DJP Bali Regional Office was held as part of efforts to strengthen communication and synergy between tax authorities and taxpayers, as well as to increase understanding of applicable tax policies and regulations. This activity was attended by business actors from various sectors and was filled with tax socialization, discussions, and awards to taxpayers.
