Often Impersonate, Kristo Immanuel Experience the Challenge of Filling the Voice of the Film "Garuda in My Heart"
JAKARTA - Kristo Immanuel is one of the voice actors for the animated film Garuda in My Heart. He admitted that he really wanted to voice but was surprised when he joined Ronny Gani's film.
"Wow, this is an interesting experience because I watched (the film) Garuda in My Heart at the age of 12, and wow, this is really exciting. When I first heard from Ms. Shanty (Harmayn), Mr. Aoura (Chandra - Producer), seriously, Garuda in My Heart, I was 12 years old?" said Kristo Immanuel in a press conference in Central Jakarta on Wednesday, December 17.
"It's ready to be a football player, eh, it turns out the voice is full. So Garuda. Looking for a lot of voice-to-voice, a lot of chatting because Gaga's size is like what, chatting with Putra like what, chatting with the voice director from the Philippines as well," he said.
Kristo said that he really dreamed of filling the voice of animated films because he was interested since childhood. He even took voice acting classes and the content he made was also one of his efforts.
"Ngulik emotionally interesting because my dream from SD is to fill the voice of animation. It's been a very good journey, I've taken voice acting since college, I've also impersonated it turns out that the voice has reached the producer," said Kristo again.
Even so, he explained that there were challenges in playing an animated character, especially the animal character he played named Gaga.
"The challenge of the scene is to get out of a place to earth like that is quite heavy. It can be said that because I shouted less high. Nabrak this, nabrak that (like a bird) so it's quite heavy," said Kristo Immanuel.
In addition to Kristo, the film is also filled with Quinn Salman, Revalina S. Temat, Keanu Azka, Rizky Ridho, Sal Priadi, Oki Rengga, Zee Asadel, Revalina S Temat, Ringgo Agus Rahman, Ibnu Jamil, and Bima Sena. The film Garuda in My Heart is also planned to be shown in cinemas next year.
