Realme Narzo 90 Series Officially Launched, Screen up to 144Hz and 7,000mAh Battery as the Mainstays

JAKARTA - Realme officially launched the Narzo 90 series in India, strengthening the mid-range mobile phone line through two new models, namely the Realme Narzo 90 and Narzo 90x. Both target users who want a large screen, jumbo battery, and the latest software support, with a different approach to pricing.

Realme Narzo 90 comes with a 6.57-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. This panel supports high-frequency PWM dimming and a wider color gamut, targeting users who prioritize visual quality. Meanwhile, Narzo 90x appears larger with an LCD screen of 6.8 inches with HD+ resolution and refresh rate up to 144Hz, focusing on smooth scrolling and a seamless visual experience.

In terms of performance, the Narzo 90 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 Max, while the Narzo 90x uses the Dimensity 6300. Both offer up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, and run Android 15 based on Realme UI 6.0 directly. Realme also promises long-term software update support for this line, including operating system upgrades and security updates for up to four years.

The camera sector is made relatively uniform. Both phones are equipped with a 50-megapixel main camera. The Narzo 90 adds a 2-megapixel secondary sensor, while the front camera is the main differentiator, with the Narzo 90 carrying a 50-megapixel selfie camera and the Narzo 90x using an 8-megapixel sensor. Both support AI-based camera features and video recording up to 1080p.

The main highlight of the Narzo 90 series is the 7,000mAh battery capacity in both models, complete with 60W fast charging and reverse wired charging support. Narzo 90 offers better dust and water protection, while Narzo 90x stands out for its body durability and louder audio output.
