Nikita Mirzani's Rp240 Million Civil Lawsuit against Reza Gladys is Considered Formally Defective
JAKARTA - The feud between Nikita Mirzani and doctor Reza Gladys is still ongoing. After the criminal process, now the "war" in the civil realm through a lawsuit for Unlawful Acts (PMH) filed by Nikita against Reza Gladys.
After the trial, Nikita's lawyer, Usman Lawara, revealed that their lawsuit focused on the existence of an agreement that was denied by the Reza Gladys party.
"We outline one issue regarding legal events related to oral agreements and agreements electronically," said Usman.
His party demands that the agreement worth Rp. 4 billion be declared valid and the money received be returned.
However, the Reza Gladys party, through its legal team, actually looked at the lawsuit with a side eye. They considered the lawsuit to be full of formal defects and not qualified.
"We only see lawsuits that are Obscuur Libel (obscure), Error in Persona, then there is Litis Pendentis," said Julianus Sembiring, Reza Gladys' lawyer.
Julianus even sarcastically stated that he would hand over the preparation of the lawsuit's answer to his son who was still in his first semester at the faculty of law.
"I think the first semester children can answer about the lawsuits that we think are less qualified," he said sarcastically.
On the other hand, Nikita Mirzani's party welcomed the continuation of this lawsuit. They feel challenged to debate the law openly in court.
"Until now we have imagined suing and suing. But thank God that this afternoon the plaintiff has read the lawsuit," said Surya Batubara, Reza Gladys' legal team.
The next hearing will be held on December 23 with the agenda of answering and rebutting from Reza Gladys's party. The public is also looking forward to the next round of this never-ending feud.
