Cilegon Police Chief Says the Case of the Death of a 9-Year-Old Child at BBS 3 is Under Investigation

CILEGON - Wakapolres Cilegon, Kompol Arief Nazarudin said, the police are still conducting a series of investigations to uncover the perpetrators and motives for the death of a 9-year-old boy with the initials E, at the BBS 3 Housing, Cilegon, Banten, on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.

According to him, the ongoing investigation involves a joint team from the Banten Police's Criminal Investigation Unit's Resmob Sub-Directorate.

"It is still in the investigation stage by the investigators of the Cilegon Police Criminal Investigation Unit together with the Subdit Resmob of the Banten Police Criminal Investigation Unit," said Arief when confirmed by VOI, Wednesday, December 16, 2021.
