Samara Weaving Announces First Child's Pregnancy

JAKARTA - Actress Samara Weaving shared happy news for her fans. She is pregnant with her first child with her husband, writer and director Jimmy Warden.

Tuesday, December 16, he shared several photos on social media, one of which showed his stomach starting to grow. The caption of the photo he wrote refers to his latest film.

"Ready or Not: Here I Come," wrote Samara Weaving.

Samara Weaving and Jimmy Warden met on the set of the film The Babysitter in 2017. Two years later, they got engaged and married.

The two did not hold a wedding reception due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, they chose to work together by making a film.

"We got married but then COVID came, so we had to cancel the wedding. We actually made a movie. I think we were already married and it was in the movie," said Samara Weaving.

Jimmy Warden who is a debut writer as a director through the film Borderline which was released this year. Samara Weaving is the main cast of the film.

"When I was away or Jimmy was shooting, we tried not to see each other for two to three weeks," Weaving said.

On the other hand, Samara Weaving will return to acting in the film Ready or Not 2: Here I Come which is the sequel to her first film which was successful in 2019.
