Rumors of IPO Candidates 2026 Begin to Emerge, There is Bank Jakarta and PHE
JAKARTA - PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) noted that currently there are 13 companies that are included in the list of waiting lists or pipeline for initial public offerings or Initial Public Offering (IPO).
Director of Corporate Valuation of the IDX I Gede Nyoman Yetna, said that as of December 5, 2025, a total of 24 companies have officially listed their shares on the IDX with a total funds raised reaching IDR 15.21 trillion.
Meanwhile, the current IPO pipeline consists of eight companies with assets of more than IDR 250 billion, three medium-sized companies with assets of IDR 50 billion to IDR 250 billion, and two companies with assets below IDR 50 billion.
In terms of business sectors, there are 2 companies from the Basic Materials sector; 1 company from the Consumer Non-Cyclicals sector; 1 company from the Energy sector; 5 companies from the Financials sector; 1 company from the Industrials sector; 1 company from the Technology sector; 2 companies from the Transportation & Logistic sector.
In addition to the official BEI pipeline, market rumors also circulated stating that as many as 12 companies have the potential to list on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2026.
The issuers come from various sectors and are affiliated with large business groups and state-owned enterprises (SOEs), making them a concern for market participants.
The companies that are widely discussed as potential IPOs include PT Anugrah Neo Energy Materials (Neo Energy), PT Titan Infra Sejahtera and Bank Jakarta, which are currently in the pre-effective stage.
In addition, there are Griya Idola and INTAM (Intan Media/Intam Group) which have entered the finalization stage. Several other companies are still in the preparation stage, such as RAJA Group's subsidiaries, Orang Tua Group, Blu BCA, Medco Power, Summarecon Investment Property, Pertamina Hulu Energy (PHE), and Inalum.
