Fell Then Hit by a Minibus, a Female Motorcyclist Died Instantly in Duren Sawit
Two women with one motorcycle were victims of a hit-and-run car on Jalan RS. Soekanto East, precisely in front of the PSO LPG Agent Siaga, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta. The victim with the initials C (54) died after her body fell and was hit by a minibus. Meanwhile, the victim HM (38) survived despite being injured.
The Head of the East Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Darwis Yunarta, confirmed the accident. According to him, during the incident, the victim was riding his motorcycle towards Bekasi City.
The victim HM was riding a duck-type motorcycle with the license plate B 6283 ZKT with his partner. Then on the way, the motorcycle driven by HM hit a parked vehicle until the motorcycle fell.
Meanwhile, victim C was bounced to the right of the road then hit again by a minibus that passed in the same direction as the victim's motorcycle.
"The victim, initials C, bounced to the right of the road and collided with a vehicle, allegedly a minibus, whose identity is not known. The minibus was traveling in the same direction on the right," said AKP Darwis to VOI, Tuesday, December 16.
After hitting the victim, the minibus then fled leaving the victim with the initials C who eventually died at the scene due to bleeding.

Meanwhile, the motorcyclist with the initials HM was recorded as a resident of Jalan Bungur, RT 02/01, Pasir Putih Village, Sawangan District, Depok East.
"HM suffered injuries to his left hand, broken, treated at the Pondok Kopi Islamic Hospital, East Jakarta," he said.
Currently, the case is still being handled by the Laka Unit of Team II of the East Jakarta Metro Police.
"We have checked the crime scene, secured evidence and asked for witness information. The perpetrator is still being pursued," he said.
