Maintain Discipline and Discipline, Propam Polda Kaltara Discipline the Attitude of the Personnel
TANJUNG SELOR - The Professional and Security Division (Bidpropam) of the North Kalimantan Regional Police (Polda) carried out Enforcement, Discipline, and Discipline (Gaktibplin) Operations for all personnel in the Polda Kaltara environment.
The activity which was held at the Kaltara Police Apel Field was started with a morning apple led by Kaltara Police Chief Andries Hermanto.
Head of Public Relations of the Kaltara Police, Krishadi Permadi, emphasized that this operation aims to ensure that all members of the National Police meet the standards of discipline and completeness that have been established.
"Bidpropam conducted an examination of the completeness of the administration in the form of official and personal vehicle letters, completeness of personal identity including ID cards, Member Identification Cards (KTA), and Driving Permits (SIM), as well as a look at appearance," said Kombes Krishadi, Monday, December 15.
"This appearance examination includes the neatness of the service uniform, personal hygiene, hair cuts, and the provision of not having a beard," he continued.
Kombes Krishadi revealed that the personnel who were found to have violated the appearance policy were given physical action in the form of push-ups as a form of action and training on-site.
"In addition, the person concerned was also given a warning to immediately adjust his appearance according to the applicable rules," he said.
Krishadi emphasized that the Gaktibplin operation was a routine activity in order to maintain the discipline and professionalism of the Polri personnel.
"All members must comply with the rules without exception. This activity is a form of our commitment in upholding discipline and professionalism in the Kaltara Police environment," he said.
