Based on data from the Karawang Information and Communication Technology Office, quoted via Antara, from January 1 to December 4, the number of complaints received through the Tangkar Application reached 6,360 reports.

Of this amount, five OPDs recorded the most complaints. The Karawang Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Office was the institution with the highest number of reports, namely 1,081 complaints, followed by the Transportation Office with 662 complaints.

Furthermore, the Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) received 504 complaints, the Education, Youth, and Sports Office (Disdikpora) as many as 325 complaints, and the Environment and Sanitation Office (DLHK) with 299 complaints.
The Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) received 504 complaints:
"Compared to the previous year, the number of digital community complaints has decreased. In 2024, the number of complaints was recorded as 7,093 reports, while in 2025 it decreased to 6,360 reports," he explained in Karawang, Antara, Monday, December 15.
