Microsoft CEO Reveals Latest Generation Of Windows, Launches Shortly
At the annual Build 2021 event held this week, Microsoft did not deliver any of its plans for Windows. However, the company showcased its latest operating system for PCs and laptops.
Quoting The Verge ̧CEO Microsoft, Satya Nadella, announced Microsoft's newest operating system while being a speaker at the Build event yesterday, Tuesday, May 25. Nadella revealed that pihankya is testing the latest generation of Windows over the last few months.
"Soon, we'll be sharing the most significant updates to Window over the last few years to open up economical opportunities for developers and content creators," nadella explains.
Nadella also promises that it will create more opportunities for Windows developers. In addition, he also welcomes every creator who is looking for the latest, innovative, and open platform in creating, distributing, and monetizing applications.
"We can't wait to share more in a moment," he explained.
Rumors Circulating
Over the past few months, Microsoft is rumored to be developing a new app store for Windows. This development was carried out in conjunction with user interface changes in the operating system.
Thus, many people estimate that Nadella's explanation refers more to the app store. Considering Nadella promises to "open up economical opportunities for Windows developers and creators".
The promise also seems to refer to significant changes the company has made to the Windows Store platform. Get app developers to deliver their products to Windows freely –including browsers like Chrome and Firefox.
Other rumors also state that Microsoft will free similar platforms from third parties to be shared through the Windows Store. That way, it can reduce the burden that developers have to bear on Microsoft services -15 percent off for apps and 12 percent off for games.
No less interesting, Nadella who revealed "The Latest Generation of Windows" also got the spotlight. Microsoft's base has always emphasized Windows 10 when it announces new features for the operating system in development.
Thus, the selection of this language can be concluded as a step of companies preparing for bigger changes in Windows. Not only changes to the User Interface, as the company said last week.
As is known, previously the company has shared information related to changes in the Windows UI. The development was carried out in a project codenamed 'Sun Valle'. Some changes have already begun, such as the addition of a new system of icons, improved File Management, and the removal of some legacy icons from Windows 95.
So, what does 'Windows's NewEst Generation' look like that says 'it's about to launch'? Please be patient and wait for further information from the company, yes.
