SEA Games 2025: Wushu Adds Two Gold Medals, Cycling One Gold

JAKARTA - The wushu sports branch (cabor) managed to add two gold medals for Indonesia in the 2025 SEA Games in Thailand. Indonesia's gold medal collection is now 46 pieces.

The first gold from wushu on Monday, December 15, 2025, was presented by Patricia Geraldine. He managed to be the best in the changquan, jianshu, and gianshu numbers.

Patricia got the highest score after performing three appearances. He overall got 29,266 points to ensure Indonesia's 44th gold medal from the biennial event.

The second position of this number was obtained by the wushu athlete Pang Pui Yee from Malaysia who scored 29.109 to get silver. Meanwhile, the third place was secured by Le Yin Shuen (Singapore) with a score of 29.055 to secure the bronze.

Next, wushu got gold from the men's duilian bare-handed. The best Indonesian men's team in the number was strengthened by Ahmad Ghozali Fuaiz, Ahmad Ghifari Fuaiz, and Terrence Tjahyadi.

The three of them managed to get 9,746 points in the final match which took place at Multi Purpose Space 2nd Floord Ratthaprasasanphakdi Building Government Complex Chaeng Watthana, Bang.

Before the 46th gold medal from the bare-handed duilian, Indonesia also added a gold medal through the athlete Ayustina Delia Priatna from the cycling race. Ayustina managed to be the best in the women's individual time trial.

The seeded athletes who were defeated by Ayustina include Salazar Phoebe (Philippines), Batriya Chaniporn (Thailand), Ngan Lam Thi Kim (Vietnam), and Zhen Yi Yeong (Malaysia).
