Inter Milan Overtakes AC Milan and Takes the Top Spot After Defeating Genoa
JAKARTA - Inter Milan displaced AC Milan and seized the top spot in the Italian Serie A standings after defeating hosts Genoa 2-1 at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium, Monday, December 15, 2025 WIB.
The competition for the Italian League standings remains tight. The top teams are vying for the top spot. Milan, who drew 2-2 against Sassuolo, managed to maintain its position after collecting 32 points.
Napoli, who are in second place, actually have the opportunity to overtake Milan if they beat Udinese. However, the team coached by Antonio Conte failed to meet the target and had to admit their opponent's 1-0 advantage.
