Nataru's vacation abroad, returning WNI must fill in the All Indonesia application
JAKARTA - The moment of Christmas 2025 and New Year 2026 (Nataru) holidays that are eagerly awaited will soon arrive. For people who plan to spend their holidays abroad, the preparation for returning to the country also needs to be considered so that the arrival process at the airport runs smoothly and without obstacles.
One of the important steps that international passengers must take before returning to Indonesia is to fill in their personal data on the All Indonesia website or application.
The platform is part of a unified international passenger declaration, which includes immigration, customs, health, and quarantine in one digital form.
Launching the official Instagram of the Directorate General of Immigration @ditjen_imigrasi, Sunday, December 14, passengers can fill out All Indonesia starting three days before the date of arrival in Indonesia.
The Coordinator of the Public Communication Function of the Directorate General of Immigration, Achmad Nur Saleh, suggested that the public fill out their personal data through the website and the All Indonesia application before arriving in Indonesia.
"For the convenience and smoothness of the arrival process, the public can fill out this application three days before arriving in Indonesia. By filling it out early, it will save you from the hassle or long queues at the airport," said Achmad in an official statement, Sunday, December 14.
Through the All Indonesia platform, said Ahmad, passengers no longer need to fill out various physical forms separately. All data is combined in one integrated digital system across agencies, speeding up the inspection process upon arrival at the airport.
The stages of filling data on the All Indonesia platform are as follows:
First, access the platform and select the service. Passengers are asked to choose their citizenship status, either Indonesian citizen (WNI) or foreign visitors, to start the Arrival Card service.
Second, fill in personal data and travel details. The information requested includes full name according to passport, passport number, flight details, arrival date, and destination and address while in Indonesia.

Third, make a health and travel history declaration. Passengers need to answer questions related to travel history in the last 21 days and current health conditions, including declarations of quarantine goods such as animals, fish, or plants.
Fourth, the customs declaration. At this stage, passengers are required to report the number of luggage and items that need to be declared, such as cash in a certain amount, taxable goods exceeding the limit, or communication devices that require IMEI registration.
Finally, send the form. After all the data is filled in correctly, the form can be sent for processing. The system will issue a special QR code as proof of the validity of the joint declaration.
The single QR code will later be shown and scanned by Immigration, Quarantine, and Customs officers upon arrival at the airport, replacing the physical form previously used separately.
