Yudha Arfandi Files PK Case for Dante, Tamara Tyasmara is Angry: There is No Sense of Guilt

JAKARTA - Artist Tamara Tyasmara expressed her frustration in response to the latest legal steps taken by the convicted murderer of her son, Yudha Arfandi. It is known that Yudha filed a legal review (PK) review at the East Jakarta District Court.

For Tamara, this step actually shows that Yudha has absolutely no remorse for his actions in eliminating the lives of Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo or Dante. In fact, the facts of the trial and the evidence are clearly displayed.

"Of course it makes me angry because all the evidence on the CCTV is clear and has been brought to trial, and the CCTV has been proven not to be manipulated and has been checked by experts as well," said Tamara via an SMS.

Tamara assessed Yudha's attitude as very contradictory to his status as a convict.

"This is a convicted innocent, there is no sense of guilt until he can apply for PK," he added.

The mother of the late Dante admitted that she couldn't think of Yudha's mind, family, and lawyers. The reason is that the legal efforts previously ranging from appeal to cassation have been rejected by the court, but Yudha's party still insists on taking the PK path.

"I'm very confused about the suspect's way of thinking, his family, and his lawyer who is still reluctant to PK. The appeal and cassation were rejected, now the convict is applying for PK," said Tamara.

However, Tamara emphasized that she still had full confidence in the panel of judges and law enforcement officers. He believes that justice for his son will remain upright.

"But I am sure that the panel of judges and prosecutors and all the law enforcement involved will provide justice for Dante, for me, and for our family," he said.

Tamara also ensured that she would continue to monitor the case until it was completed. "Yes, of course I will continue to concentrate and continue to monitor Dante's case until now, please pray for all my friends," he concluded.

For information, the Public Relations of the East Jakarta District Court, Immanuel Tarigan, confirmed the request for PK. The application was registered by Yudha's lawyer, Dailun Sailan, on November 3, 2025.

"The first trial was on November 10, 2025, and the trial on December 8, 2025 is still on the agenda for the submission of responses from the Public Prosecutor to the PK's request," explained Immanuel, Friday, December 12.

Previously, Yudha Arfandi had been sentenced to 20 years in prison by the East Jakarta District Court for the attempted murder of Dante. The sentence has become legally binding after the Supreme Court (MA) rejected Yudha's cassation in April 2024.
