Don't want the riot to happen again, Pramono asks the police to investigate the clash in Kalibata

JAKARTA - Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung invites the police to conclude the clash in Kalibata which started from the eagle eye beating incident. He does not want this kind of incident to be repeated because it causes losses that must be handled by the Jakarta Provincial Government.

"It seems that there are eagle eyes and what, charging the group and then there is violence, mutual retaliation, which eventually becomes the burden of the DKI Jakarta Government. I don't want it to happen in Jakarta, to be repeated again," said Pramono to reporters at the Jakarta City Hall, Central Jakarta, Saturday, December 13.

"Therefore, I give discretion and also because it is the full task of law enforcement, let the law enforcement solve this first," he continued.

Meanwhile, when asked about the street stalls that were burned after the harassment, Pramono admitted that he was arranging the provision of assistance to be carried out by the Jakarta Provincial Government. "It just so happens that the land used is all city government land. Of course we are organizing, reorganizing this," he said.

Pramono admitted that he had asked the ministry related to MSMEs to study the conditions on the ground. "Later, at the right time, I will immediately decide. But it's the land, all the land of the Jakarta government," said the Cabinet Secretary for the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo (Jokowi).
