Budi Satria Profile Director of Wholesale and Rofikoh New Independent Commissioner

JAKARTA - PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) announced the new board of directors and commissioners based on the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held today.

Based on information received by VOI, Friday, December 12, there was a reshuffle in the composition of the board of directors and Telkom commissioners. Precisely, in the position of Director of Wholesale & International Service and independent commissioner.

Budi Satria Dharma Purba was officially appointed to occupy the position as Director of Wholesale & International Service Telkom. The position was previously filled by Honesti Basyir.

Quoting the official website of Telkom International (TELIN), Budi Satria is the President Director of the Telkom subsidiary. He started his career at TELIN as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in August 2016.

Budi Satria is also listed as having held various strategic positions, including Vice President of Carrier Relations & Sales Telin in 2011-2012, Vice President of Wholesale & International Network Services at Telkom, and Commissioner of TELIN.

In terms of education, Budi Satria has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from STT Telkom and a Master of Electrical Engineering (concentration in Telecommunications Engineering) from RMIT University, Australia.

Meanwhile, in the board of commissioners, Rofikoh Rokhim was appointed as an Independent Commissioner of Telkom by shareholders. This position was previously filled by Yohanes Surya who resigned on November 20, 2025.

Rofikoh himself is the Deputy Commissioner (Komut) who also serves as an Independent Commissioner at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) or BRI.

In terms of education, the woman born in Klaten in 1971 has a background as a Professor of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) of the University of Indonesia.

Rofikoh is also known to have studied a BA in Public Administration at Gadjah Mada University in 1994. He then continued his postgraduate education and obtained a Master's Specialist in Public Finance from ILAP in 2000. Furthermore, he earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the Université de Paris in 2005.
