Polda Kaltara Set Participants Towards Rikkes II Selection Of Bintara Brimob 2026, Atmosphere Tense And Haru

TANJUNG SELOR seemed to be enveloped by the courtroom at the Grand Prince Khar Hotel. The reason is, since the morning 165 NCO candidates Brimob Polri stand neatly, waiting for important decisions that will determine their steps towards a second stage of health examination or Rikkes II.

The Head of the Human Resources Bureau (Karo) of the North Kalimantan Police, Kombes Warsono, said this trial was the determinant of the selection process for the Brimob NCO for Fiscal Year 2026.

"The Kaltara Police are committed to carrying out a clean, transparent, accountable and humane selection process. We want to produce healthy, competent, and with integrity personnel. Everything is running objectively, without exception," said Kombes Warsono, Thursday, December 11.

Previous participants have gone through a long series of administrative processes, psychological tests to physical fitness.

"This trial will determine the end before they enter more detailed health checks," he explained.

Karo HR revealed that as many as 42 participants were declared to have passed and met the requirements and had the right to step into Riskkes II, while 123 other participants were declared unelected due to limited quota.

"Rikkes II is an important step to ensure that Brimob personnel who will be on duty are truly mentally, physically, and morally ready. Moreover, Brimob's task is full of risks and demands that candidates have readiness which is not only proven through numbers, but also through determination," he said.

With a strict and open process like this, the Kaltara Police hopes to produce the best personnel who will carry out the duties of the state, especially in border areas that require the presence of strong and integrity officers.
