OJK Reports Addition Of The Number Of Capital Market Investors 476,000 Per November
JAKARTA - The Financial Services Authority (OJK) reported growth in capital market performance in November 2025.
This is reflected in the fact that the number of recorded investors has increased by 476,000 new investors in the domestic capital market.
"Dengan perkembangan tersebut, secara ytd jumlah investor di pasar modal meningkat sebanyak 4.80 juta menjadi 19.67 juta, atau tumbuh 32,29 persen," ujar Kepala Eksekutif Pengawas Pasar Modal, Keuangan Derivative, dan Bursa Karbon OJK, Inarno Djajadi, Kamis, 11 November.
Inarno explained that the collection of funds by corporations in the capital market was monitored to remain strong, where the target for the realization of fund raising in 2025 of IDR 220 trillion has been exceeded.
As of the end of November 2025 (ytd), the value of the Public Offering by corporations reached IDR 238.68 trillion, an increase of IDR 3.89 trillion compared to the previous month's position, mainly driven by Limited Public Offering and Phase II EBUS Public Offering.
Meanwhile, throughout the year, there were 18 new issuers who carried out fundraising with a value of IDR 13.30 trillion.
As for the pipeline, there are 35 public offering plans with an indicative value of IDR 32.29 trillion.
For fundraising at Securities Crowdfunding (SCF), Inarno explained, during November there were 26 new effects with a fund value raised of IDR 38.03 billion and 13 new publishers.
"Thus, on aggregate, there have been 951 issuance of Securities from 573 publishers and 190,505 investors, with the value of the funds raised reaching Rp1.77 trillion," explained Inarno.

Dari sisi frekuensi, terdapat penambahan sebanyak 316.858 kali pada bulan laporan, sehingga secara ytd tercatat sebanyak 4.193.931 kali frekuensi transaksi.
