SEA Games Standings 2025: Indonesia Down To Third Position
JAKARTA Indonesia temporarily dropped to third place in the Thailand 2025 SEA Games medal standings despite adding eight gold medals on Thursday, December 11, 2025.
The struggle of Indonesian athletes to add gold medals at the biennial multi-pronged sporting event was opened by cyclist Rendy Varera Sanjaya from the men's mountain bike XCE number.
The second gold today for Indonesia was then born from the sport of karate through athlete Leica Al Humaira Lubis. She managed to be the best in the women's +68 kilograms kumite number.
The canoeing sport then managed to catch up after that. The 200-meter mixed doubles number that got gold through the Subhi and Stevani Maysche Ibo pairs.

The gold medal was actually obtained by mixed combat sports through athlete Dwi Ani Retro Wulan from the traditional number -54 kg. However, this gold does not count in the standings because mixed fighting is still an exhibition status.
In addition to securing 13 golds, Indonesia has also collected 20 silver medals and 13 bronze medals. This number made Indonesia occupy third place, behind Vietnam in second place and Thailand in first place.
