JAKARTA - Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian reminded transportation service providers not to take advantage of the high demand during the Christmas-2025 and New Year 2026 (Nataru) holidays by increasing ticket prices beyond the provisions.

Furthermore, the Minister of Home Affairs also emphasized the importance of preparedness for potential hydrometeorological disasters.
High rainfall predictions, including the potential for tidal flooding in several areas, must be anticipated from the start by ensuring that early warning resources, personnel, and systems function optimally.
Therefore, the Minister of Home Affairs asked regional heads to remain in their respective areas and be ready to make decisions in the event of an emergency.
